INTRODUCTION
This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE

DESCRIPTION
The US Geological Survey (USGS), Western Ecological Research Center (WERC), requires veterinarian services as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

The USGS requires a base year plus one option year.

RELEVANT INFORMATION
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541940 Veterinary Services and associated size standard $10.0 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code R425 Support, Engineering/Technical.

All services will be performed at the USGS offices on Don Edwards National Wildlife Refuge, 1 Marshlands Road, Newark CA 94560, and also at the San Francisco Bay Estuary Field Station at 350 N. Akron Road, Moffett Field, CA 94035.

EVALUATION OF QUOTES
Quotes will be evaluated by Tradeoff. Evaluation factors include Experience, Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. See Provision 52.212-2 herein for more information.

Offerors are to include a technical description of the service offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Evaluation Factors (see Attachment). This may include resumes, CV, references, or other documents, if necessary.

Option Year 1: 10/15/2027 to 10/14/2028
