Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to obtain instruments and reagents to perform automated microbial identification and susceptibility testing for the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) Department of Pathology and Area Laboratory Services

Amendment 0001, dateed 6 Apr 2026: the purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date  from 13 April 2026 to 20 April 2026 at 01:00 PM EST.

All offerors shall provide the following items:

Please complete the SF1449: Blocks 12, 17 (to include the CAGE code and the Unique Entity ID Number) and 30 A - C. For all amendments issued, if any please complete the SF 30: Blocks 8, 15A - C, Point of Contact Information (Name, Telephone Number, Fax Number, and Email) and a statement that the offeror will hold its quote firm for at least 90 days from the due date for receipt of quotes, subject to any changes that may occur as a result of discussions (if applicable).

Please complete the provisions, as listed in the solicitation. Alternately, complete all provisions in System for Award Management (SAM) and provide confirmation of completion and accuracy with offer. Potential contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award. The SAM website is http://www.sam.gov.

Offers are due by 13 April 2026, 1:00 PM, Central Standard Time (unless extended via amendment). Offers shall be submitted via email to medina.l.woodson.civ@health.mil and salameya.paulouskaya2.civ@health.mil. Quotes received after the deadline will be considered untimely and will not be eligible for award.

The deadline for questions is 6 April 2026, 08:00 AM, Central Standard Time. All questions must be submitted in writing to medina.l.woodson.civ@health.mil and salameya.paulouskaya2. civ@health.mil. Electronic submissions with files larger than 20MB will need to be submitted in separate emails. All emails, regardless of the size, need to be received by the Government server, by the stated date and time. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure the Government receives the entire quote.
