Siemens Medical Solutions Base Plus 4 Year Contract

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice is issued solely for information, market research, and acquisition planning purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10 and VAAR Part 810. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it guarantee that a solicitation will be issued in the future.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting information in response to this notice.  

The purpose of this notice is to identify capable, qualified businesses—with emphasis on verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) under 38 U.S.C. §§ 8127–8128 (the Veterans First Contracting Program)—that possess the authorized capability, qualified technical personnel, and proprietary diagnostic software rights to perform comprehensive maintenance and repair services on the high-acuity radiology and cardiac catheterization equipment detailed herein.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary travel, labor, materials, OEM-certified diagnostic tools, documentation, software updates/patches, and genuine OEM replacement parts required for planned preventive maintenance, safety inspections, phone support, and unscheduled remedial emergency repairs.
