15SEP2026 - Amendment 0001 is issued with documentation attached.  LIST OF CHANGES: Clarifications:
1. Site Visit - There is no change to the site visit provision language provided in full text in the terms and conditions at the provision  FAR 52.237-1. No change to Attachment 5.
2. In the SF1449 terms and conditions Quote Submission section, the Attachment 2 declaration language is in error and this Attachment 2 declaration is not required as part of the quote documentation.
3. The amount of personnel for Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement and QASP section 16 Personnel Qualification Review is APPROXIMATELY 15 staff.
4. There is no additional NFPA standard required beyond what is already cited. Compliance should remain grounded in 29 CFR 1910.146 and ANSI/ASSE Z117.1.
5. Signature and submittal of this SF30 is a requirement of the solicitation.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1492 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Confined Space Assessment. 

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541620  The small business size standard is $19M.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
