This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12. This constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140P8426Q0017 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The NAICS code is 115310, Support Activities for Forestry (including tree thinning services) with an associated small business size standard of $11.5M. This solicitation is for a service, is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single contractor/vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility.

DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service, Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve has a requirement for tree thinning and piling services. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. Government's anticipated period of performance is between Julu 16-20th through September 30th, 2026.
