Procuring 3 Buffalo Computer Graphics RADAR simulators

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure 3 Buffalo Computer Graphics RADAR simulators and related parts on a sole source basis from the OEM Buffalo Computer Graphics.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
