D-50 award for a Claim per FAR 33

Award:  APC-FY26-000423

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source base firm fixed price contract for the District of New Jersey.

The period of performance for this is September 2026.   The total estimated value is approximately $6,020 and is being awarded to Progressive Flooring Solutions, LLC.

This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR  for the 33, as a response to settle a claim for the aforementioned requirement. 

The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.

This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
