Description

For Compliance with Clean Air Act General Conformity provisions USACE NAN (on behalf of NAP)
is required to purchase ozone season NOx allowances (in tons) under the Cross-State Air
Pollution Rule (CSAPR) to offset project NOx emissions. The credits shall be sent to a location
directed by USACE Credits must be made available upon award on the contract.
