3. Meeting the standards of the Berry Amednment is required for this requirement.

4. Quotes shall be submitted via email to nicole.e.piptio.civ@us.navy.mil, and copy matthew.r.forsythe.civ@us.navy.mil. Please note that our system strips .zip files and will not reach the recipient.
