AMENDMENT 2

The purpose of Amendment 2 is to incorporate the Q&A Attachment (Attch 14: FA2384-26-S-B001 HMDM Q&A.xlsx), update the TO1 SOW (Attch 7) to clarify that the Kick-Off Meeting will be held at the unclassified level, and provide the DD254 SCI and non-SCI addenda (Attchs 15 & 16).

AMENDMENT 1

The purpose of Amendment 1 is to extend the solicitation collection date from 10 April 2026 to 24 April 2026, and replace Attachment 13 - SOW Supplemental Requirements (AFRL/PZL). 

This attachment was originally uploaded in a draft status. The correct document is now attached with the title "Attachment 13 - SOW Supplemental Requirements (AFRL/PZL)_REVISION 2.0. Please disregard the original attachment and use the Revised 2.0 document when reviewing the proposal documents.
