Notice of Intent to Sole Source - National Integrated Ballistic Information Network Triage

Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract for National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) Cartridge Case Acquisition, Analysis and Triage Package in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 12.102 Restricting competition.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management intends to award a sole source contract to LEADSONLINE, LLC, 6900 Dallas PKWY, STE 825, Plano, Texas 75024-4200.

In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 5.101 Presolicitation notice, actions expected to be greater than $20,000, post a presolicitation notice to the Government Point of Entry (GPE).
