Solicitation Amendment 0001

1. Purpose of Amendment:
This Amendment 0001, issued on 25 September 2026, is to incorporate answers to vendor questions received during the Request for Information (RFI) period.

2. Summary of Changes:
This amendment incorporates the attached Questions and Answers document into the solicitation.

No changes were made to the core content of the Combo Solicitation Document, Performance Work Statement (PWS), Price List Template, or Monthly Gym Membership Roster Template in response to the RFI. The Combo Solicitation Document has been updated only to include this Amendment 0001.

For the answers to the vendor questions, please see the attached document titled “Request for Information - Answered”.

3. Quote Submission Deadline:
The response date is unchanged. All quote submissions are due no later than 06 October 2026 at 07:30 AM AEST.

4. Acknowledgment of Amendment
Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001. Acknowledgment may be accomplished by either:

• Signing the acknowledgment block located in the Combo Solicitation Document and returning it with your quote submission, or
• Explicitly acknowledging receipt of Amendment 0001 in the email submitting your quote.

Failure to acknowledge receipt of this amendment may result in rejection of the offer.

Original Solicitation Post

The U.S. Government is seeking to establish a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for comprehensive commercial gym membership services throughout various locations in Australia. This requirement supports the physical readiness and well-being of U.S. Government personnel.

The scope of this requirement is entirely commercial in nature. Services will be required in and around key metropolitan and regional locations, including but not limited to: Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Alice Springs, Perth, Melbourne, Cairns, and Adelaide.

This BPA will allow designated U.S. Government "Authorized Callers" to place firm-fixed-price Call Orders against a pre-established vendor price list for gym memberships. Offerors are not required to provide coverage in every location or membership type.

Please review the attached Combo Solicitation Document. This is the master document that establishes all solicitation parameters, terms and conditions, evaluation factors, and quote submission instructions.
