Amendment 0001

The purpose of this amendment is to publish official Questions and Answers received from industry. All questions and responses in the attachment are hereby incorporated into Solicitation W50S6P26QA100. No other changes are made by this amendment.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The Arkansas Air National Guard requires promotional and event support items as identified in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ)_SOW. Vendors shall review all solicitation documents and submit quotations in accordance with the instructions to offerors.

Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation procedures. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the Government.

Delivery shall be made to: 189th Airlift Wing Little Rock Air Force Base, AR 72099

All quotes must be submitted via email to the point of contact listed in the RFQ. Vendors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for any amendments or updates to this solicitation.
