Compressor Units and Spares

This is a sources sought notice. This sources sought neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the U.S. Government from an ultimate acquisition approach. The sources sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this market survey. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this market survey.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking sources to provide compressor units and spare components for use in existing HVAC systems at NSWC IHD. Trane Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) compressors and parts are needed to serve as direct replacements. A sampling of possible parts needed are as follows:

• MOTOR; 1/50HP, 460V
• CONTACTOR; 150a 600v 3P MOTOR STARTER
• COMPRESSOR: N1, 100 TONS;HI VI, 400/460V
• BOARD: DUAL INVERTER INTERFACE
• SUREFIT COIL 33" (*SFC44383)

All interested sources shall provide a company brochure of list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address , a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, UEI number and CAGE Code.
