SBRF Crane Load Moment Indicator System

Description

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF), located in Benicia, California, has a requirement for the replacement and installation of a Load Moment Indicator (LMI) system on an Appleton Marine crane installed aboard the self-propelled crane barge MARY ANN (FS-65) as outlined in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The Government is seeking a turnkey solution for a vendor to provide the following services:

Removal and disposal of the existing LMI system
Procurement and installation of the new LMI system
Operational testing and OSHA certification of the crane
