Del Rio, TX Portable latrine and hand-washing stations

This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for market research and planning purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. This is NOT a solicitation, request for quote, or request for proposal. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. The Government is seeking to identify qualified small business concerns capable of providing portable latrine and handwashing station rental and servicing at multiple locations. This notice is intended to assess commercial capability, availability, and pricing to support acquisition planning and determine whether a small business set aside is appropriate for a potential future requirement. Anticipated Requirement:  The Government anticipates a need for the following services:- 14 Portable Latrines (non ADA)  - 7 Handwashing Stations  - Delivery, setup, servicing, and final pickup   - Seven (7) separate delivery locations Servicing schedule.  To support market research and pricing analysis, please provide pricing for the two (2) scenarios:    1. Every 48 hours    2. Two (2) scheduled servicing per week Anticipated Period of Performance:  15 April 2026 – 14 April 2027 (Base Year),  with four (4) additional 12 month option years (subject to change).Requested Information:  Interested small businesses are invited to submit:1. Capability Statement demonstrating the ability to provide the required units and perform servicing two times per week.  2. Business Size/Socioeconomic Status (SB, WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, etc.).  3. Relevant Past Performance from the last three years.  4. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Pricing for market research purposes only, including monthly rental, servicing, delivery, and pickup. ROM pricing is not considered a quote.
