This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.201-1, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) found at FAR Part 12, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit – on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) – Secret Squirrel, LLC. (CAGE: 9YVB3) on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 12.102(a). The instant requirement is to provide training services with a curriculum derived from submarine tactical operations. The resultant contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis and will contain a one (1) year base period, with four (4) subsequent option periods.
