99 CES - PKC - Water Tank Survey

This is a combined pre-solicitation/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, following FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number: FY26WTRTNKKT.  

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).  A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded.

This combined pre-solicitation/solicitation is being issued as a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, and the associated NAICS code is 541380 - Water Tank Survey, Small Business Size Standard $19M.

The contractor shall complete a water quality condition assessment, inspection, washout and disinfection of one (1) undrergorund water storage tank, (3) elevated storage tanks and four (4) ground storage tanks totaling eight (8) storage tanks referred to as Water Storage Tanks per 40 CFR Parts 141.401 and 141.723 and any other relevant requirements mandated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
