Small Business Set-Aside for Zuken E3 Series Cable Software and Software Maintenance

This procurement is a total small business set-aside and will award a firm fixed price purchase order to an authorized reseller of Siemens software products. The requested items are as follows:

• QTY 1 E3 Cable Professional (US E3 Edition) Floating License (P/N: US-CAB_P-SF-L)
• QTY 1 E3 Cable Small Project (US E3 Edition) F (P/N: US-CAB_S-SF-M)

Email quotes on company letterhead to ryan.t.hodges.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of this notice on Thursday, 20 August 2026, 1600 CT. Email containing the quote must include the notice number and vendor name at the start of the subject line. Quotes should include the following:

• Pricing information
• Item specifications and configurations
• Proof of authorized reseller status
• Lead time
• CAGE code
• If shipping is not included in the total price, a line item for this cost

The Government will not accept partial, incomplete, or late quotes. Vendors must be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 days.

Award will be based on the best value to the Government considering price, delivery, quality, and past performance.
