NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform D-21 Windows 11 Technology Upgrade or the Monaco D-21 Fire Alarm Reporting Systems utilized by the Fort Knox Directorate of Emergency Services (DES). As the installation's primary life safety and asset protection platform, this critical system coordinates real-time fire and police dispatches and base-wide alarm monitoring.

The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.103 , Monaco Enterprises Incorporated (MEI)14820 E Sprague AVE Spokane Valley, Washington 99216-2149  to support the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Knox.
