action is for contractor support for the addition of two access control readers in Mitscher Hall of the United States
Naval Academy (USNA) for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm, Fixed Price contract
with only one source, Convergint Federal, under the authority of FAR 6.103-1.
