MPN-MBP-Notice

Notification to the Public in accordance with RFO 7.107-3(b) - 

The Department of Labor (DOL) hereby gives Notification to the Public that consoliation has been determined necessary and justified for the Office of Workers' Compensation Program's (OWCP) Medical Provider Network/Medical Bill Processing (MPN/MBP) requirement.  The determination will be published with the solicitation.  The following requirements will be consolidated into the MPN/MBP Performance Work Statement: 

1. Medical Bill Processing Services
2. Directed Medical Services
3. Contract Medical Consultant Services
4. Medical Network Provider Services

The DOL Senior Procurement Executive (SPE) for the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), has determined that consolidation is necessary and justified because of the substantial benefits for consolidating the Medical Bill Processing Services, Directed Medical Services, Contract Medical Consultant services, and Medical Network Provider requirements.
