Lake Tahoe Basin Janitorial

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 127EAY26Q0143 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services at Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit Supervisors Office and Meyers Work Center.  

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720  The small business size standard is $22M.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

A site visit will be held 30 September 2026 from 9:30 AM PDT to 11:30 AM PDT. The site visit will begin at the Supervisor’s Office (35 College Dr. South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150). Please send the CO, Kari Hughes, kari.hughes@usda.gov and email if you will be attending. This will be the ONLY site visit for this requirement.
