This requirement is expected to be posted on or around June 10th, 2026. The estimated range of construction is Between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00 This requirement will be procured per Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Overhaul Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d). Only those SDVOSB s listed and viewable in the SBA DSBS database located at https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ database will be checked at the time of offer submission as well as prior to award.
