Intent to Single Source - Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR)

In accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acqusition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.8.4.2, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry the FAA Willim J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace (WJHTC) intends to procure Office Furniture from Federal Prision Industries (UNICOR).  The required UNICOR products will be installed at the WJHTC.

This announcment is for notification purposes only in accordance with AMS Policy 3.2.1.3.11.2.  A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement.  The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
