The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to solicit and award to LinkedIn Corporation, 1000 West Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement.
The EOUSA anticipates award, on a sole source basis, to LinkedIn Corporation to procure LinkedIn Job Slots and obtain licensed access to LinkedIn Talent Insights portal. LinkedIn Job Slots provide a strategic advantage for companies looking to place their job openings in front of candidates with the right skills and experience, even if they aren’t actively seeking new opportunities. LinkedIn Job Slots are distributed on the desktop and mobile versions of the LinkedIn.com website to deliver automated, scalable sourcing, and work 24/7 to seek out candidates on the platform and connect them with your opportunities. LinkedIn Jobs uses unique insights from our network of 1.2B+ members to match your open job with the right candidate. We also do more to reach the right job seekers, providing targeted job promotion across the LinkedIn feed, mobile app, and email based on seeker insights and actions. Job Slots also work in tandem with your ATS and other LinkedIn products. LinkedIn Talent Insights is a talent intelligence platform that helps organizations make informed decisions with real-time insights from LinkedIn.com. Using our data insights to assist your leadership teams in making strategic decisions, organizations can acquire and deploy global talent, identify current and future skill gaps, and strengthen employer branding efforts using detailed workforce snapshots, market benchmarks, and real-time supply and demand data only available from LinkedIn.
LinkedIn Job Slots enable USAO to maintain continuous, targeted visibility for mission-critical roles, ensuring vacancies remain actively promoted to qualified legal and operational talent while supporting merit-based hiring and sustained applicant flow. Includes USAJobs API to automatically post USAO positions into the job slots. LinkedIn Talent Insights provides USAO with labor market and workforce data to understand where qualified legal and hard-to-fill talent exists, how candidates engage across the market, and how to prioritize recruiting strategies.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Bryant Gilbertson, Contracting Officer at bryant.gilbertson@usdoj.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
