Division Auditorium VTC Upgrades

The 2d Marine Division (2DMARDIV) G-6 requires a contractor to furnish, deliver, install, integrate, program, test, and provide training for an upgraded, operationally integrated audio-visual system in the 2DMARDIV Auditorium, Building H1, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The requirement includes all necessary A/V equipment and hardware, qualified personnel, tools, materials, mounting hardware, local physical cabling, cable-management materials, on-site installation services, and a three-year service agreement and warranty, including the base service period and two option years. The contractor must complete delivery, installation, configuration, testing, training, and required deliverables within 150 calendar days after award, ensuring the completed system is ready for Government network configuration, cybersecurity authorization, and operational use. Solicitation M67001-26-Q-0155 is a total small business set-aside for commercial products with incidental installation services; award will be made to the responsible quoter whose conforming quote is most advantageous to the Government considering price, technical capability, and past performance.
