Combined Synopsis Solicitation for Direct Digital Control (DDC) Replacement for Building 1428 at Aviano AB Italy

The vendor must replace 204 Variable Air Volume field devices & coinciding controls, replace AHU-1 field devices & coinciding 
controls, replace AHU-2 field devices & coinciding controls, replace AHU-3 field devices & coinciding controls, replace AHU-4 field 
devices & coinciding controls, replace domestic hot water field devices & coinciding controls, replace 9 fresh air unit field devices 
& coinciding controls, replace 6 unit heater field devices & coinciding controls, replace 9 Mini Split units field devices & 
coinciding controls, replace chiller field devices & coinciding controls, replace chilled water pump field devices & coinciding 
controls, replace hot water boiler field devices & coinciding controls, replace hot water pumps field devices & coinciding controls, 
integrate the above controls on current supervisory system, establish connection to all replaced devices, balance entire system 
and provide schematics outlining the work accomplished.

A site visit is planned for 24th July 2026 at 9:00 AM CET

Aviano Air Base LVIS Gate SP 31 Roveredo in Piano PN 33080, Italy is the formal meeting location regardless if you have base access.

Interested parties shall submit the names and contact information 1 day in advance.

Each company is allowed a maximum of 2 personnel to attend the site visit.
